I was 3 weeks into a 6 week deadline after my old lease was not renewed after 11 years. The Thursday before the Easter long weekend the property I am currently in was listed by Harcourts VennMiller.Despite it being the afternoon before the Easter long weekend, I managed to communicate both with the receptionist and the property manager, Belinda, when I needed an application code to proceed with an online application. Belinda changed it to not needing one.Once I applied, I was promptly responded to and invited to the viewing the following week. There, and throughout the following process, Belinda was nothing but welcoming and friendly, professional and very very helpful. Also patient when dealing with my multiple questions.In all honesty despite having a solid rental history and excellent references, I did not believe that I would get the property because of the lack of properties in this market and other multiple applicants, but Belinda saw my qualities and I scored the property.From start to finish, it took 8 days to find out if I had the property or not, and that included a 4 day long weekend. I am genuinely looking for ward to forging a long relationship with Belinda and Harcourts VennMillar, and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Our Property Manager, Chantal, is very friendly, professional, approachable and helpful. Inspections are held regularly for the Landlord's peace of mind. She is regularly in touch and attends to any inquiries promptly. The management of the Landlord's property is in good hands.

The agency has done an excellent job for me over a long period of time. Property inspections have been frequent, with problems and issues accurately reported. In addition accounts and records have always been attended to conscientiously. Staff are friendly and courteous and go out of their way to be helpful. The feedback I get from the tenant about staff interaction and behavior is also very positive, and this has been the case for a long time now.
