To say i am totally unhappy with the lack of any form of service is an understatement.Have sent 2 emails over a week ago asking for assistance and pricing, and have followed up with 2 phone calls (goes to an answering service) with no reply still. makes me think they do no sell generators or even want too.I wouldn't even give them a 0 star rating, as they don't replypity such a business ethic, pity to post this i had to give a star ratingSteve C

Great Diesel Generators!

Great service! Ordered in the middle of a flood when our old Bunnings one packed up. Had it shipped across and ready for pickup in less than half a day. Got an 8.5kVA as a replacement, and couldn't be happier

DO NOT USE. This guy is hopeless. Did not know legal requirements for smoke detectors, tried to charge us 50% deposit up front, (even though we bought all the light fittings/fixtures etc). - overcharged us by over $1000 and would not provide a detailed invoice, a problem finder NOT a problem solver. We paid all invoices within 2 days, yet he left us with no power downstairs and then wanted to charge us to reconnect it - this was all part of the quote. Of the 5 ceiling fans he installed, 4 were not installed properly and we had to get a capable electrician out to fix these. Would not provide us with correct compliance certificates for smoke detectors and energy lighting. We had to pay another electrician to come out and inspect his installation and sign off. Worst experience with this guy. Avoid
