I have been with this company for many, many years when climate change was never mentioned pinlically. I am so very happy with this system. It keeps my home around the same temp winter and summer with a bit or extra heating or cooling in the extreme temps. I love that I don’t have to think about changing the filters as they ring and organise it every two years. My guy today was fabulous. Well done HJV!

Rj Ventiation services rep did an excellent job. He was very obliging and efficient. He replaced our filters and checked the airflow all in short time and was extremely courteous.

I’ve always found RJ Ventilation Services quick to act. Case in point I had my central heating serviced by another company and that worker did something to my HRV system which was now dead. I called up RJ Ventilation for help. What could be wrong? We talked over the phone and were willing to come and check. Happy to charge the company who caused this problem. However around 5pm the contractor who caused the problem turned up and found he had inadvertently unplugged our HRV system. The RJ Ventilation call out was cancelled. What I liked is that they were happy to help and went through the possibilities with me over the phone which made me feel less stressed about what might the problem be.

I have been very pleased with my system over ten years now and with the professionalism of RJ Ventilation Services. The technician are always very thorough, efficient, pleasant to deal with and arrive punctually. I am looking forward to continued trouble-free functioning of the system.
