I had an urgent and complex travel requirement. Tess (in particular) and Brooke were outstanding in every regard. They were empathetic and customer focussed to achieve an optimal outcome. Tess said “I live a challenge” and she sure did. She told me to “have a cup of coffee and come back in 10 minutes”.. Tess had it all sorted and even improved on my initial request. Absolute legends. Made the most difficult seem easy. If you need to book a holiday go through Tess and Brooke, they are outstanding in every regards.

Still waiting 45 mins after our appt time with no apologies or explanations and what seems like little concern.I don't even wait this long for my doctor. Driven over an hour and half for this appt. Travel game must be good since they don't care about their potential customers. Bitterly disappointed.
