This was mine and my partner’s first time here. We ordered based off google images as we didn’t know what to order so we ordered the Crispy Pata and the Pork Binagoongan Rice and Eggplant. The food was absolutely delicious! Portions are huge! You will definitely need at least another couple to share the food we ordered so there was a lot of takeaway. The only “negative” that we had was that we had to wait a very long time for the food - over 30 minutes, but otherwise I would recommend this place!

Filipino favourites are given much love and care here, they cook with pride and there are regularly queues on the weekends. Whether it be crispy pata, sisig, grilled chicken, adobo pork, kare kare or sinigang, they've got all the crowd pleasers. On weekends you would be smart to book in for portions of the lechon in advance if you aren't dining early, although the sign suggests prebookings for min 2 portions so it depends on the size of your group, but it is worth it. Lechon in Sydney can be some combination of overcooke/dry, and not crispy. But, here, even at the end of the service it is coming in still crispy and maintaining juiciness, come to think of it I don't think I've ever had lechon cooked so perfectly in Sydney until here. And I didn't see garlic fried rice in the menu but asked for it and ended up with the most garlicky fried rice I've had in a long time, just perfect. They are not the fastest between cooking to order, large numbers between dining-in and takeaway, and the volume as well as variety of different dishes getting ordered per table, so you need a little patience but it's all worth it. No wonder this place has its regulars queueing up all the time.

Enjoyed the lunch with my family. Had to do a reservation prior due to the wait. Good & tasty food, loved the atmosphere & great service. Bit pricey but really enjoyed the meal. Always love their adobo

The entire experience was good. Attentive and friendly servers. Tapa fried rice had more tapa than the rice which was great! The portion of everything was huge. The crispy pata was divine. I loved the kare kare so much (downside tho, had to pay extra for more bagoong). The pancit canton was too big for the cheap price but the taste was just so-so. The tortang talong was just ok, will not order again.

Overall the food and service is good.The winner is the kare Kare. Crust has a good crispy feel to it and sauce is great. Lumpia isn't too shabby either. The Kang kung is good and so is the Bangus and sisig.I think the grilled chicken needs to pack more flavours. It's good but nothing special.Would recommend still for everybody to try.

Good service, friendly staff. Food was to die for. Suggested combo: Binagoongan Rice + Kare Kare. That would be good for 4. Serving sizes are generous. Place can get a bit noisy during peak hours.

We had lunch there today, busy place but been accommodated for me and my daughter. Food is nice but not great,, a bit underwhelmed for my liking in comparison to the other filipino restaurant I have been. Serving is generous and price is okay. I ordered chicken inasal, palabok and tofu kangkong, and a calamansi juice,Like i said the chicken is nice and the palabok is too, but the disappointing part is that the kangkong hasn't been washed thoroughly, it's still got lots of sand in it, i left the premises out of disappointment.

My first time here. I was wary because I have had some very bad experiences at filipino restaurants, but Sir meaning is an exception. They were professional so, efficient and well setup. We were a group of 10 and they were great! Food was excellent with great flavours and some interesting takes on some of the classic dishes kare kare had beef brisket instead of oxtail - great idea!!! We tried sisig, the milk fish, crispy pata garlic rice , the squid , chicken inasal, all hot the mark! Would go back again.

We visited Sir Manong on a Saturday afternoon without a booking. They were happy to place us on a waiting list and give us a call when a table was ready. The wait time was approximately an hour. We didn't mind the wait this time, but I would highly recommend making a booking if you plan on visiting as a big group on the weekend.The food was really good and the portion sizes were massive. They are definitely good sharing portions. We tried the crispy pata which was really good and went perfectly with the kalamansi juice. Would love to return to try their kare kare and sisig.

I love their food. I thought it was just a hype. Food was served in a very modern design but still kept the same flavor. Every bite counts! All food I’ve tasted were delicious.Tip: If restaurant is crowed, find a spot in the play area and order take away instead!
