Communications were outstanding prior to Peter arriving.When he did arrive he had a big smile and a firm handshake and then he got down to business. I had a wall mount tv bracket to install. Recently needed support for the TV Antenna. Called TV Magic Mid North Coast for help. Phone contact with the Reception was professional and courteous and was advised of when a Tech. would be available. The Service Tech. arrived on time and was professional. Explained what the problem was and completed the repairs in a very short amount of time. Would recommend them to anyone wanted support for TV work.

Work was fine although did not replace the splitter like he said he would. But it was receiving of overdue notices of payment despite having made payment within 12 hrs of work completion. Completely unacceptable.

We had a problem with our Foxtel sound. TV Magic technician came out but, after about 45 minutes, could not fix the problem. Charged us a callout fee of $165. Called Foxtel and their technician fixed the problem in half a minute. We were not accessing the menu correctly and it all worked when the Foxtel man pressed the right buttons. I would not mind paying the callout fee, even if it only took 30 seconds to solve the problem. Unfortunately, TV Magic's technician simply did not have the requisite knowledge and I feel hard done by.
