Asked for an Australian sized photo, provided with wrong passport size. Went back to recapture the photos but was denied. The lady refused to admit her mistakes began yelling at times and did not respond when asked to give a refund. Claims to have made “no mistakes at ALL over the years” and that it is “ my mistake”. Approached her in a friendly manner, but was denied and she began putting words into my mouth. Very costly charges triple the money and not professional at ALL. I was on the verge of tears due to her misbehaviour and telling me I am lying and ‘commiting a sin’

They took a perfect photo my baby's bangladeshi passport.So,anyone is confused about baby's bangladeshi passport photo,yes they do that.The price was may be $30 as I remember and they give 4 photos which is enough for applying BC and passport.

Asked $10 each person for soft copy,charged twice for same person pic with 2 sizes!!!!Won’t come back again ,poor customer service.Should read all reviews prior to make a move.!!

The Asian lady that works there told me to remove my hijab for passport photos. This is not the way I seared on Australian affairs that I am allowed to wear my hijab for a passport photo. Knowing this now i want to go there and ask her to shave her hair off. Uhg so annoying. Very incompetent and unreliable. The do not do their job well and I would never recommend anyone going to this play horrible person

Takes advantage of people. Asked for a soft copy of passport photo and refused. Seems need to pay $30 for soft copy!!!! Worst ever attitude to run a business. Feel sorry for them.

Bought some passport photos from here. The quality wasn't good (not clear and washed out) and they were rejected. Got some new photos at Australia Post. I came back here to try get a refund for their bad photos but they refused to refund for their defective products.
