The absolute worst service I’ve ever had, very rude and not the brightest. They have no idea what they’re talking about and that can be very dangerous when advising products to customers. Please I am begging you do not buy from this store.

I occasionally buy pet food here. The staff are always helpful and friendly, they always have what i need, and miraculously there always seems to be a special on my pet food.

I feel like I am the crazy fish lady who comes in daily but this store just has a pleasant vibe to it that I prefer to get products here whenever I happen to pass by (often!).They have incredibly friendly, helpful and honest staff. The place is always kept nice and tidy. I had a bit of trouble with some female bettas and one goldfish but the rest have had no issues. Their selection of fish is small but decent; they are one of the smaller City Farmers.

Recently purchased online from Pet Barn. Easy ordering on the website with exceptional delivery service and timely updates as to arrival. Will be using this service again.

I shop at the Victoria Park store. They have a great range of products but I go there for the great customer service. Everyone is friendly, helpful and happy to help. They will even carry my purchases to my car for me. I can’t recommend the shopping experience enough…. they are an awesome team.

I haven't been to a city farmers for years, as my local in Belmont moved. We came today as we took one of our old dogs out on a special car trip. Omg she was in heaven sniffing everything.This city farmers was beautiful and so much better than the Belmont shop. I loved when you walked in they had cats up for adoption. So much better than the pet shop at Bentley that supports backyard breeding. As I hadn't been to a city farmers in years, the man at the counter helped me update my information.I wish I remembered his name as his service was 15/10. Just brilliant. The lady Perri, omg she was amazing. She helped recommending her favourite dog treat. My dog pepper loved her as she even gave her some treats and a belly rub.Absolutely best service and products in Perth. Next time we will Brind all three dogs as our one old dog was in absolute heaven. Thankyou so much.

City farmers located in the centre of the vic park strip.Parking available behind the shop near IGA or the bigger shopping centre but need to cross the road.Shop itself inside isn't that big but has almost everything.
