Last week I took delivery of my new Honda CRV Black edition from the Kingswood dealership and the professional service by consultant Vito Bellissimo was amazing, he is such a caring and courteous sales person. Have been having our car serviced at Honda since we bought the car new a few years ago. The services have always been good & satisfactory. They never charge more than quoted on booking, unless something unexpected comes up, in which case, they will phone to get approval first after explaining the problem before going ahead.The front desk staff are always very helpful & polite, as well as the obliging man shuttling everyone around to wherever the need to go.An altogether pleasant & reliable experience.Thank you

I’ve had an excellent experience with Honda since day 1. I was greeted by Aaron Ysip who is very polite, courteous, friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable. He helped me all the way through on purchasing our new Honda CR-V VTI 7. I was happy and satisfied with our new CR-V. I definitely highly recommend Aaron when you visit Great Western Honda.

disappointing service by Craig at the spare parts department, got no manners on how to talk to customers. Had a service issue where the line randomly cut out and he tried to say I hung up on him, get better customer skills mate.

I always book my car service with great western but not happy with customer services of front desk guy ; anish doest know how to deal with customer, arrogant, don't think so he got any relevant qualification before there was other guy he is really professional.

Joey looked after us as soon as we walked into the showroom. He was always very accommodating and made every effort to meet our requirements. He is having good knowledge on Honda cars and he cleared all my querys during test drive. All staff were very helpful. They advised what was completed in the car service and the driver who dropped me at the shopping centre was very prompt and friendly. My car was also washed. I am very appreciative.
