Really grumpy old women on reception, couldn’t crack a smile if they tried. Kicked an old man of a seat that was not occupied the whole time he was there. Very busy, I understand but it is inhumane to have zero compassion. Expectation that all people know what they should have with them and absolutely no regard for customers. I’d rethink my roster for the staff representing Service SA.

Quick visit for a licence renewal with photo. In and out in about 10 minutes, which was great. Service was friendly and excellent.

What a waste of tax payers money. If it was private industry it would go bankrupt!!! People everywhere and 4 counters not open then 1 person decides to go on break less than 1hr after they open. Also why open at 9.30?So angry. ..wastes over 1hr ..only bonus was it is my day off and I didn't need to take time off work

Went in to lodge registration details certificate. Was told i couldn't do this on behalf of the buyer. Was then told the buyer could do this by ringing and emailing forms. 20 minutes on the phone to be told that information was incorrect. Perhaps some retraining for staff at the reception point is in order. Or was the call centre incorrect?

Very impressed with my experience at Services SA. The service was helpful, the licence renewal procedure was painless, and I was in and out within five minutes.

Always have to wait. Worst customer service. Even if you are for a 5 min job it will take an hour or more to finish it. Waste of time and tax payers money.

Was in and out in less than 5mins. All questions answered and explained to what I need to do next. Excellent.*update* 2nd time in, we did have to wait 2hrs to be seen but got 2 cars, 2 licences transferred with excellent help. All considered was a quick turn around.
