When I first arrived all staff were busy. I asked one of them a question and they said I had to wait until she was available. OK fine I could wait but I was in the store for over half an hour and none of the stuff came to me so I was completely unattended for all the time long. Even those customers who arrived later was served earlier. very bad experience and I’m not going to visit this store anymore as same thing may happen again that I will never be served

I’d like to thank Adam for his above and beyond effort to help. Our baby came early and we still hadn’t fitted a baby seat. It was 30mins before opening time and I knocked on the door. Adam opened and offered to help. The installer at Alexandria was sick that day. So Adam called around and found me a slot at 2:30pm. Which was amazing news for us, as the wife and new born were leaving the hospital at 5:30pm.Thank you Adam!

G helped us out a lot! When we went in we had no clue what park we should get or what sleeping stuff we should get! G took her time and explained everything she really is a proper G! Great job! Thank you G, we will be back to see you.Apart from G it seems like no one else was even bothered to work there hence the 4 stars. The place was full of staff and I could only see one person working !

We’ve came on Saturday 15 minutes before closing just to quickly check baby car seats. An employee came to us and gave us full on presentation about the differences in seats, share her experience as a mother of three and stay with us right up to a closing time answering all our questions. I was definitely very impressed.

Nice and big store that’s comfortable to walk around, however the staff has the worst attitude ever. Came in yesterday (Saturday) and asked for cot mattress recommendations. The young girl that was “helping” us has no idea whatsoever and gave us an attitude and dirty looks. We were so taken a back by the service we left the store right away and headed to baby kingdom down the street (which had way better service).

Staff was friendly and knew alot about the products. The store is large, open and not crowded at all. The baby seats, prams and cribs are well displayed and easy to access and test. Good range of products for anything baby related and if buying something large and heavy, you can drive the car to the pickup area and the staff will help load it. The store is in a complex that's easy access and there's quite alot of parking available.

Place is easy to find. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable on their products. Bought most of my baby stuff here. General selection of baby products are available and even some exclusive to baby bunting only. Prices are competitive with other baby stores. They also offer price match with 5% off on top too.
