Australia Post - Dapto Post Shop

Situated on the ground floor, just near Mister Minute. It sells tech things such as phones, printers, passport applications, currency, parcel collection, mail boxes and gifts for Christmas and special events. Mr Minute fixes shoes, bags and cuts keys, amongst other things such as shoe cleaners, water proof needs at a reasonable price. I have used their services and found them helpful, friendly and if there is a problem with shoes talk to these guys.

Always very friendly staff.I had to post a really large item and was so anxious what was the best way to do it.Had 2 staff help be weigh and work out the best way to send it for me including offering to help seal the package.Even when they are busy very happy and patient.Thanks for the help!

They don't do the job.Few months ago, I went once to get JP done, they said they can't do it. The person was qualified but she said she won't do it.Today, I went to get a printout of the photo I took with Australia Post a few months ago. They said they won't print it.Australia Post Dapto is useless. Shame on you staff!

Miserable unhelpful and unfriendly staff. Extremely rude. Watched me wait in the wrong line… waited for the line to fill up and then told me where the line was. Pregnant and struggling in pain, and a small amount of polite decency would be appreciated.

Very disappointed with this post office. While trying to submit my passport application, I handed over photos that were taken at Officeworks - they use IDstation technology to show whether a passport photo meets international ID standards (mine clearly had 'ACCEPTED' written beside it). Even so, the employee I dealt with said they wouldn't be accepted - she went to see her boss who backed up her up on this. If I wanted photos acceptable for the application, I would, she said, need to have them redone by them at a cost of $20. I decided not to go ahead (why pay twice after all?). A few days later I took exactly the same Officeworks passport photos to the Wollongong branch of Australia Post - they were accepted right away and the passport application was lodged without any fuss! The level of service was incomparably better and more helpful there. Too many branches of Australia Post seem to be rejecting Officeworks photos for no good reason so be careful where you lodge your passport application!

Staff always friendly and helpful. Even in peak times generally fast service. Always happy to go here

This post office can be busy at peak times however the do accommodate it with extra staff. They also have items like books, knick knacks, gadgets and kitchen accessories for sale. They also have a great selection of satchels, padded bags and boxes to choose from and I always like looking at the cabinets displaying collectors stamps and coins.Oh and the staff are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Very friendly and helpful staff at Dapto post office. Tiffany did the passport applications for us, she was very patient and understanding and made the process easy and pleasant.

Friendly staff, always helpful and spend time sorting out any problems or difficulties you might encounter.Even when there are long queues it still moves at a reasonable pace, with the team working efficiently but professionally.
