Always a pleasure coming to Kmart and buying things you don't nessersarly need by any stretch of the imagination or getting creative with what you got ... Also bought slippers.. Thought I'd slip it in there.. Nice joke good on ya

I feel like you never find a bad kmart.. yeah sometimes things go out of stock but they can always call around for you and try and find it elsewhere. I love all the storage solutions they have now! So cheap. Such a large range of women's wear, men's wear, kids and babies. You can find most things you need or want here!

Picked up a click and collect of 14 individual smaller items and they weren't boxed or bagged up. In order to take them home I was told to purchase a bag or just put them in the trolley as is. There was no trolley in the bay inside so I was told to take one from big w or go outside to the trolley bays and get one from the car park. Unbelievable.How hard is it to box items up for the customer to take away safely?

I recently picked up a trampoline from click and collect. A guy came out and handed me the trampoline that was in a box. I then had to carry the 35kg trampoline to my car in an awkward box. Staff members at Kmart just watched me struggle to carry it to my car. Not one person even offered to assist me and I was really struggling. I am so disappointed with the staff at Kmart Redbank plaza. I will not be returning. I hope this finds the right person (like a manager) so they can properly inform their staff members on how to be a genuine human being with empathy and ethics and assist their customers appropriately. So disappointing!

I would give this store Zero stars if I could. Management here are VERY rude and snarky. they seem to be very full of themselves. When asking for help they were dismissive and annoyed to help. On another occasion I saw them being very rude to a Lady who was I assume a merchandiser. she had asked them something and they responded very snappy and annoyed that they had to do their job? not impressed.

Despite what a comment below says; Taryn was lovely in greeting me and smiled brightly, having a bad day, it was greatly appreciated and the small gesture which im sure she is paid to do meant a lot to me. Great service from the gorgeous professional girl, will certainly be back for similar service.

The staff at this store are FANTASTIC. Friday 10/02/23 I had a massive vertigo attack and was in the store with my support worker because I am disabled. I fell off my scooter and was vomiting everywhere. The staff plus the Manager was so kind to me and my support worker by putting privacy screens round me calling an Ambulance plus reassurance to me that it was okay for me being sick. They even gave my support worker a bottle of water plus they put a brand new towel and pillow under me and refused money for the items.100% fantastic store.

I dont really do reviews but this sales lady ( blonde one) rudely shouts at me. I could go zero star if I could. Went in today doing my Xmas shopping and it was poorly stocked. I asked the sales lady with for an item and rudely shouts at me and walked away and i had to repeat my question so I could get an answer. I mean I get it you're busy but don't be rude! Quit your job then!
