I had booked Soul cocina 8 months in advance for my hens party and checked in regularly with them throughout that time. All was good and I couldn't wait to have them cater my February event.I spoke to them in January to confirm some details and received a positive response.1 week later (only 2 weeks prior to my event) they emailed me saying they could not cater my event as they could not get staff...No apology. And no offer to negotiate or see where we could sort the problem out. (they could have put the cooked food on a table to save waitstaff, or we could have hired our own wait staff to serve the food.) It was clear that staff was not really the problem and they just had a better offer and had no problem letting me down with such late notice. Even just an apology and a bit of accountability wouldn't go astray.Very disappointed with my experience and would not recommend hiring for an event unless you want unnecessary last minute stress.

Highly recommend!!Soul Cocina came to our Prewedding dinner at Eightwillows Retreat Metricup. Food and service was outstanding. We chose three options from the big menu to be served to 70 guests from the van. Portions were filling and everyone said how tasty the food was. Amazing!!!

Soul Cocina catered our backyard wedding. The food was divine and the service was 10/10. There were no cues for food- they got dishes out quickly and people only gave us compliments! The van also looked gorgeous and we loved the festival vibe it gave our wedding.

Absolutely sensational people to work with and the most excellent food to match! Thanks Nat and Adrian for ensuring all our wedding guests were well fed and confident to eat even with dietary needs. Could not have dreamt up better!

Legends, amazing food, great people and a great experience

Such beautiful food, my husband and I were so grateful to have found them. Such lovely people who were so kind and flexible during the booking process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a caterer for a private function. You can tell how much love they put into their food, it’s so beautiful.
