They rearrange the aisles every few years here and it takes several months to get used to where everything is. A number of items I have been used to getting are not stocked here anymore but are stocked at Frankston and Seaford. Most of the staff are really nice but some of the younger male staff are quite pushy and arrogant. One pushed my trolley forcefully towards me in the self check out area saying he was clearing the area for people to walk through. There was actually plenty of room: I was happy to move it myself but didn't appreciate the fact that it could have hit into me or worse, tip me over. A very elderly person may have fallen over. He then kept telling me why he did it as if there was no problem. Very disrespectful and disappointing.

Normally I don't like to write reviews which are negative but over the last month there has emerged a pattern of concern at this store.When I shop in the days everything is fine, but if I come in to shop in the evening the deli is. I am not sure what to say.Disgraceful? the young staff members seem to think they are having a party rather than working.I have witnessed water hoses being used to squirt each other, yelling and screaming, arguing amongst themselves as to who is going to serve while they cluster around each other eating food and drinking soft drinks.The other evening the young blonde girl was shouting to some boys that she wasn't going to serve. I waited around and then after some time I finally got served.I asked for fresh sliced ham as the meat looked old and was told no, because in her home the meat lasts for a week.It's just shoddy behaviour and reflects poorly on the whole store.

Visited the store with my grandparents who shop there regularly.The car park can definitely be hectic during the festive season but it didn't take us long to find a park.The store was well stocked and the floor staff helped guide us when we couldn't find the things we wanted.The deli was visually stunning. The display of prawns was extremely impressive but the highlight was the woman who served us called Christina who was so friendly and approachable, she took her time to make sure we had what we needed and that we were happy with our choices.She even helped us with tips on what cheese to use in our salad and how to serve it.We done Woolworths Mt Eliza

Absolutely fantastic service at the fish counter today! Great quality fish - we bought Barramundi - but the standout was the young female staff member who was so cheerful and positive and ready to help!

As far as woolies go it’s a good one. Not usually too busy, but still specials if you shop at the right time. Staff are mostly great, does suffer from a high number of younger employees who are perhaps not as helpful with items or slow at checkouts, but like most of the village it has a great vibe. Unless you want something specific and weird it has everything.
