The experience with Think Renewable got off to a bumpy start with the invertor not available. However they kept me updated every step of the way. Ryan and Ben (installer and electrician) were outstanding with their professionalism and knowledge. After dealing with so many dodgy tradesmen these guys were a breath of fresh air. The workmanship exceptional.Harpreet in the office was the most efficient and supportive person I have ever dealt with! She deserves a pay rise boss!!!But alas the proof is in the pudding! I have now received my first full bill from Synergy and it was $212.00. I haven't seen a bill that small ever since I moved in here back in 2005. I have a pool that is very expensive. And this is in the middle of winter with my air con also going flat out at night due to it being freezing.Cannot recommend these guys enough. They know their product and their customer service the best I have experienced.

Would thoroughly recommend Think Renewable for anyone considering solar.From the outright, the salespeople were very knowledgeable, they spent a lot of time with us going through our current usage and our energy needs, before we signed anything they made sure we understood everything about their offering, how much we would save and tips on getting the best value out of going solar.We didn’t have to do anything after that, Think Renewable took care of everything from then on. The turnaround was super quick and the installation was a breeze, professional team who arrived when they said they would and completed the job quicker than expected. They were also knowledgeable and explained what they had done and how to read the new meter.The part of the whole experience that makes this the best customer experience we have ever received, was the service we received after Synergy made a mistake on our power bill and overcharged us for 16x the amount of power we actually used. We reached out to Think Renewable because we weren’t getting anywhere with Synergy, this had nothing to do with them but they sent an electrician around without charge to ensure there wasn’t any issues with the meter (Synergy wanted to charge us $390 to send someone out). David from Think also reviewed the Synergy bill for us and highlighted the discrepancies so we could have a more informed conversation with Synergy. After doing this, Synergy admitted it was an error on their end and amended our bill.Thank you David and Danielle for putting your customers first, you helped us in such a stressful time and we can’t thank you enough.

From the initial knock on the door, Haydn was very polite and considerate. Follow up with David Howie and Ben and each TR Team member has been friendly and respectful all the way. Efficient, considerate and professional service throughout experience. Installation within 1 week. Excellent performance.

Have had other companies door knock to provide solar panels and I had never felt comfortable doing so. Not on this occasion and my gut instinct was justified. From start to finish, the customer service was spot on. The installers were very professional and fully compliant. Very informative and easy to talk to and understand. The entire process had very little impact on our daily goings. For a Doubting Thomas, I was undoubtedly impressed.

The Think Renewable installers that came to my property were polite and friendly and carried out the installation of my replacement solar system with a minimum of disruption to the household. Dealing with Think Renewable has been a very positive experience. Think Renewable was well organised and reliable in relation to each aspect of installing a solar panel system from planning where to put solar panels, sorting out the documentation, and to the installation of the panels. I would encourage other people to get solar panels through Think Renewable.

Found these guys fantastic to deal with.consult was professional and informative with actual savings based on my bills and circumstances. Install was done quickly and efficiently, and good follow up afterwards also. am glad I went thru these guys : -)

We are very pleased with our experience with Think Renewable from Michael who spend time with us answering our questions, and was prompt in getting back with phone queries. The contact with the office was always helpful. The installation team we hardly knew were there apart from the installation noises they were always polite and answered any questions we had. Over all our experience has been very good.

2/12/2022One year UpdateIt’s been just on a year now since I joined the solar revolution via Think Renewable and I thought I’d share a few thoughts with those of you thinking of installing similar solar panels on your roof.In a word it’s been a simple transition. It began with a discussion with their sales rep, Michael. Nothing pushy, just the facts. Michael had the right answer for every question. He began with the economics of changing over before moving on to placement and expectations. Michael advised on the best package to suit my situation. I ended up with a 6.5 system that actually improved the appearance of my ageing roof (tip: I painted my gutters grey to match the grid).Michael also advised that a system is only as good as the reliability of its components. A Fronius inverter now sits stylishly on my wall. He pointed out how this compact, quiet unit could support an external powerpoint should I want that in the future for, say, an electric car. In effect, Michael began me on the path to future proofing my house. Getting rid of Gas and installing an electric heat pump were other avenues he suggested I follow.The installation process was quick and easy with our man Mike overseeing the operation like a site manager. It was all very professional and painless. The installers hardly disrupted the household and were very efficient and polite. They followed the plan set out by Michael that optimised sun exposure through the day. And I couldn’t be happier with the result.Michael promised a great system for a good price, installed with aesthetics in mind. No complaints from the neighbours and, like I said, it makes the roof look sleek. Michael laughed when I said his layout was futuristic.So, to sum up, I couldn’t be happier. Great product, quick install, after sale followup and my power costs have plummeted. Sure, it’ll take a few years to recover the costs but the same money in the bank would probably go backwards.Thank you to Michael and all at Think Renewable. We have got a few different companies that were interested to install the panels for us, but no one showed up. The reason that we use think renewable is simply because the consultant showed up at our door step when they promised. I guess it is a good indication to start with. We are happy with the process and consideration. Everything is quite easy to do, so far so good.
