This is the best COVID testing centre. Great app for quick service. I have complete confidence that I am going to get my result unlike other places. As situation has evolved they have scaled up and the traffic control is good.

Got a test done on 22/12/2021 - it has been 2 days now. No correspondence from histopath, phones aren't working and no reply on emails both from enquiry page and the email they provide when you call them. Not good enough when you advertise same day results or a '5 hour delay' turns to a 2 day delay. I understand there is an increase in demand but please do as you advertise.Update - 26/12/2021 - still no results and no response to emails.Update 29/12/2021 - still no results and no response to emails. Absolutely insane!Update Jan 4 - Results never came ... Got tested with NSW Health instead.

I've been to a couple Histopath testing clinics and this location is one of the best. Friendly and efficient service from the testing staff and the traffic controllers. Results in the past came back within 12 hours, but nowadays it's within hours on the same day.

I get tested here every three days. Even though it is a bit busier in recent days , it is still my preferred spot.the staff are all friendly and efficient. and it is a same day result most of the time.

Google has said that this centre is open after the 3rd of January, and came on the 4th for it to be temporarily closed. Please update your hours or so, so that people don’t wait in line for nothing.. many people take the time to wake up really early just for clinics to be closed as you get closer.. Although i do understand the circumstances, it would be so much more useful if we could have someone to contact when we need support but it’s hard to get through to these people.

I would like to thank all the staff for their wonderful work that they have done over the past 2 years. My son and I had to get tested yesterday and the staff were lovely. We got our results back within 6 hours. Keep up the good work and thank you once again

Great service, I got served by the lovely Eva who helped me fill out my form when I forgot my phone at home. She was very patient and went above and beyond to make sure I was not too stressed.
