came in the other day looking for a necklace to buy my girlfriend for valentine’s day and was served by Chris. he was very prompt with welcoming me into the store and showing me the options of necklaces in my price range. i didn’t feel rushed or pressured into buying anything. i would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for polite and friendly customer service.

Had a really good experience at Salera's Carindale shopping centre. Karen, Michael and Caitlyn were simply lovely with the customer service. Karen helped me pick the right watch at a really good price. I would highly recommend Salera's Carindale shopping centre to my friends for such lovely customer service.

I am editing my review due to recent happenings. The managers at saleras have helped me out after an ordeal with purchasing my ring.In the end they worked with me to fix the problem and get the ring I hoped for. Happy with the end result.Always do research and ask for everything you can. But I have to give credit to the management for amending.Saleras is a family business and they are showing it. Thank you .

Shocking service at this place. The lady there was not friendly at all , seemed racist. The guys at this place seem highly disinterested in the job. Very unwelcoming staff except for the sweet young lady there who’s always willing to help. All the others were very disappointing. Saleras you need to hire people who have some class & friendliness to sell expensive watches & jewellery. Customers want to walk away feeling special with their purchase & the way they were treated.They were very unhelpful & seemed disinterested in helping me with choices , size , diameter & colour etc. I was rushed to just pick something.I got a watch & they had to order it in. Almost a month passed with no response, so I called to check & they say oh yeah it’s come, you can pick it up. Service is not proactive at all. Customers shouldn’t have to chase after their purchase, the staff should if they want sales.

I wish there is zero star for the customer service because it was my most unpleasant shopping experience since I have been in Australia almost five years. Trying to keep the long story as short as possible.The shop cancelled my layby watch (Longines) less than 2 weeks after my last payment without any notice and without any reason. And, I was charged 20% of the purchase price as a cancellation fee to get my rest money back. Even I was been told by more than two workers that they will contact me if anything happens in the conversation in my last payment day.When I talked with the Assistant Manager Lauren, she said that they contacted me before. I told her I didn't get any information, no matter a call or a message or a Email. Then she said, they tried their best to contact me even they don't have any responsibility to contact me. In the discussion with Lauren, she told me that the cancellation was done by the owner and she can't give me more help because all the decisions was made by the owner, including I must pay the 20% fee.Lauren told me that the watch has been sold. I checked the website, the price of the layby watch went up at least more than $500 compare the price I bought it.To share my experience, I just want to let more customers to know about their extremely poor service. This is not only about the workers in the shop including the manager, but also the owner of Salera (if Lauren's saying is true). If you can find the same item in other retailer, please keep far away from Salera in case bring trouble upon yourself.

Most of my experiences in this store have been negative due to poor customer service (primarily Lauren who is unhelpful, domineering and readily tells pork pies to avoid effort or responsibility, regardless of the outcome to the store or customer - her conduct is a real deterrent to shopping at Salera's); but Christine is a saving grace - professional, polite, well informed and interested in providing good customer service and a positive customer experience. She is an excellent representative for the store. Thanks Christine!

My experience replicates another reviewer regarding Lauren at Carindale: unhelpful and untruthful regarding watch repair undertaken by Longines - delays; no updates and incorrect information which was later denied by Longines as being correct. Avoid.
