Best place ever. My vehicle had popped a back panel (got caught on a gutter) and the number place came loose too at this time. When I phoned, I was told to come straight out; no need for an appointment with a quote. When I arrived, guy at reception looked at damage and said to take a seat. He thought perhaps that the mechanic might be able to push panel back in but he wasn’t sure and then he gave me a very reasonable quote. The mechanic had it all fixed within half and hour. I was so impressed esp after calling FIVE other places & being told that repairs couldn’t be done till Oct; another place said find out what your excess is and bring it in to appointment; another place only did Insurance claims etc etc. I highly recommend The Body Shop Smash Repairs as being very friendly and professional.

Just picked up my Kia Sorento from the repair shop, they fixed the damage on my bonnet from a rock that hit and left a dent and damage to the paint. They have done a excellent job and they also washed the whole vehicle and even gave it a complete clean inside as well. Price was very good and they are very friendly and polite to deal with. I would recommend them for anyone who needs any panel repairs. From the smallest scratch to the largest panel repair these are the best guy’s on the job, quality workmanship and honest.

Fantastic customer service, I took my car in for a quote to get a minor scuff repaired. The technician took one look at it and asked me to take a seat in reception. 5 minutes later the job was done - and no charge. I have been hugely impressed with the service, very hard to beat!! Highly recommended to anyone in the Canberra area.

Amazing people, I had a brief issue. I caught them at closing and they gave me a temporary fix despite being pressed for time. I brought the car back the next day and they fixed it completely, and because it only took a few minutes with no parts did not charge me. Such high integrity, would recommend to anyone!

would not recommend getting a job here, i tried to work here went for a job trial did a amazing job (even know iv never done it before) but never got a call or text to say i did or didn’t get the job then i find out someone did the same thing as me with equal experience as me and they got the job so would not recommend trying to work here
