STAY CLEARI have had a hell on earth experience with their courier company Hunter Express and Tommy Swiss have been totally unhelpful and refused a refund after 5 days of a missing bed and ongoing arguments with the courier company.The bed eventually arrives no thanks to them (damaged parcels). It took 3 hours to put up. The instructions are horrific. The final slat had to be cut as it wouldn’t fit and the bed couldn’t be finished. The headboard is cardboard and flimsy under some material.Bad from all perspectives.

Don't bother ordering via Tommy Swiss. I am unsure about their quality but delivery options are terrible. Customer service can only done by mail. No phone? We are anno 2023. They offer express delivery, however, they do want you to be home 2 full days for this delivery. Any other company allows delivery at door if you sign for it to be OK with that. Happy to just cancel order and get refund. Just not doable with no proper communication to arrange delivery.

I wish I had seen the reviews before I bought. Their courier service is pathetic and has completely screwed my timeframes up before going on holiday, with my place having no bed and now being overseas. A shame as the delivery is letting them down. DO NOT BUY.

Needed a mattress urgently, it arrived in two days. Excellent communication from Marie and Jake. Mattress also seems really comfortable. My personal experience has been excellent. Thank you!

Product not received. No answer from Tommy Swiss. Just getting automatic acknowledgment for enquires. Not able contact them by phone. Don’t know what happened to my order. Took more than a week since ordering.

I purchased a TV unit from Tommy Swiss and have not been happy with the customer service or product. The item took a long time to arrive and when it did, it had multiple damaged part (not small damages either). I contacted customer support and they offered me a $50 refund or to send out the replacement parts. I asked for replacement parts which came quicker than the actual unit however the main top of the unit was STILL damaged. After contacting customer service again, they offered a $50 refund. I replied saying this is the main feature of the unit and $50 is low and asked for $100. They can back with $80 or to return the product which would leave me with nothing. I compromised on the $80 and it has been over a month and still not received the money. I have contacted them twice about this and heard nothing. This company does not care about quality or service. I do NOT recommend them. Only way I got my money back (over 10 months later) was by going to the Ombudsmen about them. Worst company ever!!!!!
