Stay far away and save yourself a whole lot of trouble. Completely dishonest! certified our plans wrong the first time and our options were to take it to court or reapply through council to fix his errors. We decided to reapply and cost ourselves more money and delayed us by a month. He also certified our plans with wrong wall types although our engineer did it correctly and now wont respond to my calls or emails to provide council with the correct forms to rectify the issue!
