Great for having the non standard parts off the shelf that others don't have.

Have had poor experience with customer service from sedans in the past but have found them to be helpful in our projects since then. They have definitely taken feedback on board and are my go to option for security solutions. There team has extensive knowledge and they carry enough stock so that generally there is not a long lead time for urgent jobs.

Friendly staff and always seem to have plenty of stock.

Customer service is phenomenal. The technical support departament go a very long way to make sure their profucts work for you. Unreal, I wish every company had tech support like this.

Great staff and heaps of products

Firstly I’d like to say I’ve always had a great experience dealing with Micah, he’s an asset to the team!However to call yourself a trade outlet when I routinely purchase Dahua and Uniview products from Secusafe or Hills at 1/3rd less than you guys can ever supply, is an absolute joke!On the odd occasion I decide to approach Seadan to see if they can help me when my usual supplier is low on stock or there’s a day or two before my order can be filled but I need it ASAP, I’m bitterly disappointed.Knowledge base amongst staff is great, but why would anyone choose to pay 1/3rd more for a product they can purchase from literally 2 other brick and mortar businesses in their neck of the woods?May as well be just another retailer.
