This store has clothes with all size for all body types, it’s every inviting. It’s really colourful and it has a lot of accessories and perfume. The price of the clothes are affordable and they have sales sometimes and they have good costumer services.

The ‘store manager’ Jaime obviously hasn’t come to terms with her role in providing ‘customer service’. No matter what age the customer is, they are a customer. You don’t follow a 12 year old girl around the store and make a rude comment like “if you’re going to touch that, you better put it back” when she didn’t even touch the ‘eyebrow kit’. Then denying her comment but admitting that she was following her around. At least have the decency to own up to your pathetic and appalling lack of customer service. Don’t you have better things to do in the store than to “follow” a 12 year old girl???

Just like their MacArthur store, the service is horrible and the store has a poor layout. although this store has employees more in sportsgorl demographic, the short manager lady is a joke of a person. Rude. I don’t know how people who work in retail can be so entitled- you sell clothes for a living lol. No point shopping at this brand when across the board sportsgirl can’t even hire good staff train in basic customer service etiquette.
