Cannot believe she’s never heard of a bratwurst sausage and she standing there serving customers. This will not surprise me if she is passing on wrong information when customers ask her the quality and cuts!

Extremely rude and dismissive staff, in particular the gentleman with the black-rimmed glasses. Terrible customer service. Very disappointing.In response to the “owners” defensive and very unapologetic response below, it seems as though we have very different views on what it means to be polite, respectful and considerate. I was more than happy with the answer I received, and furthermore completely understand why such a response was given. It’s just a shame that it couldn’t have been delivered in a more friendly manner. To me, answering “no” in an abrasive tone, together with disdainful body language / gestures, then simply walking away from the counter isn’t great customer service. It was very clear you were quite frustrated with the simple query, and I’m rather baffled as to why. Maybe it was because I was taking up too much of your time? My comments are not untrue. I am not a liar. All I am doing is conveying what I have experienced to let others know what they may encounter if they choose to shop at your store. Thank you for inviting me to discuss this further with you, but I’m not going to give a store a second chance when the owner isn’t able to apologise, or at least recognise they may have done something wrong and could have conducted themselves in a more professional manner.

Purchased steaks on Saturday, rancid and unable to eat on Monday. Returned the meat, staff were rude, no apology but did get a lecture on how I should have eaten the steak sooner, couldn't possibly have been a bad piece of meat! I understand it can happen, I don't care, I didn't make a fuss, just own it! Never going back, wouldn't recommend.

I’m not a meat expert, but you can tell the place seems to stock quality cuts. However, the team need to learn a thing or two about customer service

Nice fresh meat

Tried calling about 8-10 times over two days to order some gyros meat. The phone was never answered so I headed in with the intention to order on the spot and collect later that day. When I arrived, the owner laughed in my face in front of heaps of customers, saying that he was too busy. I told him that I'd been trying to do the right thing by calling ahead to order and he threw up his hands and laughed at me again. I'll never shop there again, he obviously doesn't care about his customers.
