The worst experience ever. They overcharged me. Where in other places gold price was $75 for 22k there they charged me $86. On the other hand they sold me 21k gold by saying 22k. They even charge for waste and wages both where in other places only charge for labour. I went there for some issue of gold instead of solving our problem they started arguing with me. The guy was so rude. He was shouting on me like I’ve done something very wrong. They even don’t know how to do customer service. I don’t recommend anyone to go in there. They will overcharge you and they have very less stick than other jewellery shop.

I would say first and foremost , the level of customer service was exceptional. We bought bangles and bracelet, and staff was really helpful and informative explaining about the product and prices and offered us the best deal whatsoever. On top, staff assisted us with adjusting the ring size and finding the right number size as well. Will definitely recommend this place for jewellery purchase .
