Pho was good. What i would expect. However, the fried rice was out of this world. I cant remember a better tasting fried rice ever. Fresh vegetables right amount, great flavouring, high heat burnt flavour. Perfection.

Nice service and good value of food.We ordered the chicken & prawn fried rice and it’s a lot. It could easily feed 2-3 adults. The good thing is it’s not oily. And I like the grilled pork chop which come with the egg noodles and I also request for the chicken broth. The place also really strategic, close to Aldi & Woolies.

I have no words to describe the taste that the chefs infuse in our meals! I would definitely drop by again if I’m in Blue Mountains. Pho soup was very fragrant. Fried rice not too oily, generous amounts of lap cheong and veges. The pork chop rice was seasoned so well!

Reasonably priced, value for money, friendly fast service! The venue is a little small and can get quite crowded and noisy but the pho was tasty and they offer ample condiments for you to spice up your pho to your liking

Pho Moi impresses with its stellar food and exceptionally friendly service. The restaurant, bustling from its 5:30 PM opening, was handled adeptly by the staff.Their Pho Dac Biet (pho special) and Bun Rieu were truly delicious.Portions were standard but do pack a flavorful punch.Broth were clean and clear.The spring rolls, loaded with pork and mushrooms, were especially noteworthy.Being seated at the bar gave us a unique vantage point to observe the operation.Communication between the front of house and cashier could be improved.While we were among the first to be served, subsequent patrons faced confusion due to miscommunication about seating availability and the prioritisation of online, phone, and takeaway orders, making the dining experience somewhat stressful.

Great to see some decent Vietnamese in the area serving some authentic dishes. Great service and very friendly staffs. Can also get quite busy, so be prepared to wait, though the turnover is high as dishes are served very quickly.The combination pho/pho dac biet ($18) is decent. Soup lacks some depth, very tender rare beef but tough brisket. Could do with a little more noodles.The dry noodles with seafood and pork/hu tieu kho thap cam ($18) was very fragrant from the garlic & shallot oil but a little overpowering. Generous portion of both carbs and protein.The coconut shake ($8) was great - very refreshing, not overly sweet. Will definitely be a must during a hot day.

Came here at night, near closing hours. The staff were quite friendlyThere are toilets in the car park a short walk out from the restaurant.The restaurant itself is lovely. There’s a nice pink neon sign at the front. Very nice atmosphere at night.Ordered the special beef pho. The noodles were quite unique, a little bit chewy. The broth was on the lighter side. Tripe was chewy. The meat was quite lean.Was quite delicious!

Came here twice on different occasions. First visit I had Pho, that's very nice.2nd visit i had the bbq pork noodles, bit salty and too much garlic, a slice of lemon would have been good. Fried spring rolls are okey, had better in Vietnamese town.

Wow! Everything we ordered here was delicious. Well worth the wait.Often the veggie pho is a bit half hearted but this one was so tasty! Spring rolls, Bún noodles, Dâu Hû Chua Cay and a matcha shake.Just wondering if I can justify coming back tomorrow…
