Australia's Best Instant Sign Centre

If I could give a negative star I would. My colleague at Paramount Property Group ordered these signs, and I gave a hand in my role as Project Manager. The delivered work did not meet our brief or our order, and we were overcharged. Their sales rep acted like our best friend throughout the job (even sending photos of his very cute dog), and gave a convincing impression of knowing what he was talking about. However the delivered items were a total joke, and not fit for purpose. They had simply cut out letters on a laser cutter, and the edges were unpolished, still burnt and there were no mounting pins. Also the illuminated sign was structurally unsound and flimsy, with no collared support, and did not match the measurements and diagrams I had provided. One key piece had to be recut to the correct measurement.The signs were unable to be installed in their delivered state, and this left us in the lurch with a very tight deadline. We then had to fix them at our own expense and under extreme pressure. Rather than help us resolve the situation, the sales rep at this point turned angry and defensive, and it turned out he didn't even know how to install pinned letters, much less what mounting requirements were required. Also his final invoice was for more than his initial quote. I wish we had not gone to this company, we were very unhappy with the results, they did not behave honestly with us.

Geoff was the most amazing person to work with. He was very knowledgeable and his attention to detail in ensuring my signage was completed correctly was incredible. He has a magic touch and I would highly recommend using his service.

He effectively implemented a design that we agreed on. Mark took it upon himself to personally install the signage in our office on our doors and walls.
