We came into Institchu looking for groom/best-man suits, hoping for a positive process under professional, expert guidance. What our consultant Camille provided was all that and more. Over and above her confident and practical - yet thoroughly charming - interpersonal approach, her clear passion and technical expertise is something else. Her intuitive eye for all the key details of fitting and styling our suits was truly impressive; when we tried the finished products on for the first time at the store, the look and feel was precisely what we had hoped for, no further tweaks needed. Also, the depth, breadth and nuance of her styling sensibility in discussion around coordinating shoes, belts, ties and accessories was invaluable. We simply could not recommend our experience with Camille at Institchu more highly.

Recently enlisted the services of InStitchu to suit up my groomsmen for my upcoming wedding and was blown away by the level or professionalism and service. After initial consults with Brogan (my eventual tailor) we managed to design my custom-made dream suit. The turnaround on making the suit was scratch was a lot quicker than expected and (unsurprisingly) my suit fit and sat perfectly at first fitting. Brogan is a pro.Perhaps the most impressive part is how easily InStitchu was able to coordinate the measurements and fittings of my groomsmen with all of them either living interstate or overseas. They also offer a very healthy discount on multiply suit purchases so would strongly recommend for anyone organising the suits of their groom’s party.I’ll definitely be heading their before my next formal occasion. Went to Institchu to get a Tuxedo, shirts and overcoat for my winter wedding. Fantastic service right from the initial consultation, measuring a fitting from Camille. Great advice on styling and fabrics. Attention to detail when it came to the final alterations and fitting was top notch. It all fitted like a glove and is the most comfortable I’ve ever felt in a suit!Ordered a second suit and shirt for a friends wedding almost immediately after! Thanks again to Camille and Institchu.

My first time buying a tailored suit, and it was a fantastic experience. After providing an initial direction of what I was after, Camille was able to do the rest. Extremely knowledgeable, she took the time to walk me through pros/cons of certain options, and gave me great suggestions when I was left indecisive on the finer points of suit attire. Camille has a great personality and made the overall experience enjoyable and stress free. I have no doubt that when I need a new suit or if I'm looking to expand my current wardrobe, she will be the first port of call. As for pricing I found the cost to be inline with expectations when it came to tailored suits.

First time at Institchu, I will never shop anywhere else for suits from now on. Stephanie was absolutely fantastic, amazing customer service, took me through the entire process of choosing fabrics to fitting. Was very impressed to hear about her education that’s extremely relevant to what she does. I have been a loyal customer of Institchu for many years and have always enjoyed the quality of their products and exceptional services. However, I recently had a disappointing experience with their Little Collins store in Melbourne when trying to finalize an order for my wedding outfit. I expressed my concerns to their head office via email and followed up with a request for resolution, but unfortunately, I have not received any response or acknowledgment from their team. Email of concern was sent on 28/03/2023.As a customer, I believe it is essential to feel heard and valued, especially when it comes to special occasions like weddings. While I have had positive experiences with Institchu in the past, my recent experience has left me feeling disappointed and unsure if I would recommend their Little Collins store in Melbourne to others.I hope that my feedback will be taken into consideration by Institchu's management team, and necessary steps will be taken to improve the quality of service provided to customers in Melbourne. As a loyal customer, I remain hopeful that the service I receive from Institchu in the future will reflect the quality and care that I have come to expect from them.Overall, I would still recommend Institchu to others, but with a caveat to be mindful of the service they may receive at the Little Collins store in Melbourne.

Camille from InStitchu Little Collins has helped out with several of my suits now. She is extremely knowledgeable and lovely to deal with. The suits are a perfect fit every time. I have referred people I work with, and friends for their weddings and everyone of them had the same great experience. Highly recommend , I couldn't be happier with Camille/InStitchu!

From the moment I stepped into the shop at Little Collins St. to the moment I stepped out with me wedding tuxedo it was an awesome experience. The tux was made to perfection and InStitchu were extremely accomodating with all of my specific needs and requests. Special shout-out to Brogan who helped design, conceptualise and bring to life my tux. Awesome guidance and recommendation for all other aspects and accessories that go along with the suit were given without hesitation. Will definitely be returning for all formal attire needs!
