Wise Moves Yoga
Ange helped me organise a lovely surprise birthday for a friend. We had a wonderful afternoon creating a natural mandala, yoga to suit everyone’s different abilities and she created a lovely space to have a glass of bubbles and some nibbles. The afternoon was perfect and we all left feeling grateful to have had that experience together. Thank you Ange for going above and beyond for us.

Ange is such a an incredible teacher. Her style is straight to the point, no fluff and no fuss yet still caters for all levels and abilities. The Wise Moves studio has such a warm welcoming vibe, I love when we get ti hang back after class for coffees and chats!

Yes loved wed morning class with Ange .I’m as stiff as a fence post and struggle with positions but still came out relaxed and never feel the classes beyond me
