The customer service is appalling! The owner was extremely rude to my little kids who touched a $1.99 plastic luggage tag, he told them off very rudely, in an extremely nasty manner They better put that back and they better not break it" when I politely replied and said "they won't break it" he yelled "they already are" which they weren't... Meanwhile I was holding $80 worth of gifts in my arms (ready to purchase) I put them back and left because he scared my kids! I won't be returning
