Joe repeatedly returned to my property and changed the locks on a door at the direction of my estranged husband, who no longer resided at the property and had no legal right to change the lock. I also engaged him to get the door unlocked, not knowing he had changed the lock for my ex. When he came back for the third time to change the lock again for my ex, I asked him why he had done this again and he said he’s not a detective and doesn’t know who owns the place! Doesn’t ask for ID and didn’t care that I had to keep paying to undo what he allowed my ex to keep doing.
