Very helpful staff. Great Customer service provided by Jake in the shed department. He helped me to shop within my budget.This hardware store has a huge variety and range of items any handyman would want.There is a large garden centre which is well maintained. Phil the horticulturist has extensive knowledge and offers great advice for all your gardening needs.There is even a coffee shop.Easy access with plenty of parking with Wheelchair access ♿ and parking.

Very good customer service and a very good range of products

Wanted a quote for a 6x9 shed including installation and a fence to put a gate on the front of my house. Made an appointment, when I turned up for the appointment, I was told that there was no one to assist me, so I waited. After about 10 minutes a guy came to assist. He was very polite and looked to be helping well. Got all the details for the quote and then I left.About 3 days later I got a call from another person from stratco, they wrote my details down wrong, even though I gave it to them through the appointment when I made it online.When I got the quote, I had no opportunity to review it before I received the ‘high pressure’ sales call. When I reviewed the quote, it was missing the fence portion, and was for the wrong sized shed.I called three times, left three messages and four weeks have passed with no response.I eventually just went to Shed King where I should have started. Great service and a much better price for exactly what I wanted with no pressure sales pitch.

Surprisingly first time I have ever visited the business. The store was very organised and clean from what I noticed. Plenty of great products and priced accordingly. However I was in the store for over half hour and not one person asked me if I need a hand with anything considering there was over 6 staff just standing around. I will be back to grab some stuff soon but having the store so empty with customers isn't a good sign.

Stratco organised our fence to be built. Andy was the contractor organised, very friendly, organised, and professional. We could not be happier with the result!

Friendly staff more then happy to help when I was stuck looking for items. They promptly approached and offered assistance. Found everything I needed and more. Found the layout to be good compared to some other hardware stores that seem very packed and hard to move around.

This is our third Stratco shed so we are very happy with the product. Our contact person Ben Coombs was excellent, however when he was not rostered on to work no one stepped up to answer calls or concerns which was frustrating. This was particular so when at the last minute we were told we had to apply for Council building approval.
