Awesome company to deal with, PTP always go above and beyond for there customers.

I placed an order for 58 lengths of treated pine to be delivered. 15 of them were warped and could not be used for my project. I asked that they be replaced with straight lengths. After sending in photographs and some email exchanges it was clear that they had no intention of replacing my unusable timber. I raised it with the consumer protection people who investigated my claim. It turns out that there is a table of allowable warping in timber and all of mine were within the permissible limits. This was not made clear to me at the time of purchase, and there is no requirement by the seller to do so. I now have to buy 15 straight lengths to complete my project. I am stuck with a lot of warped timber that I can't even use as firewood because it has been chemically treated. In future I will buy from Bunnings, and select the timber personally. Be VERY careful ordering timber from PTP.

This is a company I will visit again for the future. Josh was a gentleman and very knowledgable and when I spoke to Mitch he was also friendly and very candid in his manner. These are good people with a solid understanding of their business. Professional and giving a good, straight forward deal! Easy to find and a pleasure to deal with.

I have been dealing with John and the PTP team for many years and have found their service to be excellent and willing and their products to be of high quality. My last experience was to order merbau decking boards, joists and bearers and have them delivered. The delivery driver was helpful and courteous and helped us to unload the truck efficiently. It has all been excellent grade timber for the project and for any that had any damage, PTP were more than willing to replace them. I would highly recommend this company and will be continuing to use them in future.

I have purchased a number of products from PTP over a period of 8 years (including timber posts and palings for fencing and decking products) and I have been very satisfied with the helpful service provided by the professional sales team. They provided advice about product suitability for my decking project which was great. I was also particularly impressed by the helpfulness of the young delivery driver (he was cheerful and provided a helping hand with placement of timber packs and the cement bags). The PTP team has also been willing to help with after sales service providing additional items and cheerfully replacing any pieces that were found to have been damaged. They are a great team and I will use them in future for my timber requirements.

These guys are legends. I was an annoying customer that just wanted one piece of timer to a specific measurement that no one was carrying in their floor stock in the metro area. They went to the trouble of ordering it from the mill for me, and getting it included in another order / delivery to save me a delivery fee.

Timber supplied to my business, Timber Deck and Framing Solutions WA, has always been good quality. Especially their Merbau boards.
