The staff are friendly and attention to detail is very good. The manager is brilliant with getting you the color that you want and she ensures that all customers get a great service. They always give a hand massage after an infill which I have never had at any other nail places. I have had acrylic nails for more than 30 years and this is the best place by far. The only reason I go to carlingford court is to go to vanity nails.Thank you to the manager and her team that work long hours and always smile even when they are dealing with difficult customers.

I did SNS in this shop and after one week it chipped and broke.I raised the issue with lady and she said, Are you sure???I tried not to talk in front of their customers but they behave really rude!Then asked me to wait and did nothing for a while.They start to talk in their language very loud together and couldn’t handle the problem they have caused!!!!Really disappointed and not happy with their service, behaviours and product they haves on my nail.⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

Today was my first experience in Vanity nails. I had no appointment but they served me right away with nice attitude. I chose my colour and they made sure I still like the colour when they applied it on my first finger which was nice.Jenny did my Mani/Pedi and she was understanding and did everything I asked for. I am definitely going back and became a regular customer. Thanks Vanity nails !

I turned up for a manicure and pedicure which they did instantly. The service is a hit and miss. They try to be polite but you can tell they are not one bit interested in doing their job. The Asian gentleman who did my mani pedi did it in such a rush. He clipped my nails incorrectly. He didn’t bother to massage or scrub properly. Such poor attitude towards someone who’s spending their money at your business. Not going back again.

Came here to get my nails done as the other places in carlingford court were occupied. I wanted a nail art on my natural nails and showed them a reference picture.I asked why they’re not coloured in as in the reference picture some parts are coloured in, they told me that “my nails were too short to colour in”? This was also done by a pen and not by the nail polish itself.I paid $50 for this. Not worth it. Will not be going back.

Had the worst experience in my life, not only was the customer service was poor, the quality of service was horrible and I was bleeding & hurt because of the rough handling, and as a customer I was mistreated, verbally abused, and threatened by an employee while the owner sat there quietly watched the whole thing. I was told that I was over reacting when my finger was cut and bleeding. Within 2 days the wound is infected which shows the tools were not properly sterilised.Can’t believe such things happen even today with in service industry in Australia ! So disappointing!

When the male employee wiped my legs, he did it roughly with one hand, and he applied the gel pedi insincerely, and I don't intend to go there again.

Had an unpleasant experience here last February. Came in for a change in SNS and they shaved my nails too thin!! My nails didn't event last one day and started breaking off one by one. My nails are still recovering to this day as I have to grow out the shaved parts, they’re so thin you could see the dent compared to my new growth. They also did the same thing on my toes, did not even soak it on acetone and just fully shaved it. It honestly felt like their service was too rushed.. I still cannot get my nails done because of my nail breakage. I don’t recommend their services at all.
