I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BELOW - I recently had a terrible experience at the Nick Scali Furniture store in Bundall. I was overcharged for a purchase and was left to follow up for a refund, and here I am weeks later, I produced the invoice to the delivery driver which clearly stated the balance, he said you either pay the amount that I'm telling you to pay or I take the goods, this is after waiting weeks for delivery. I called customer service repeatedly, they told me they couldn't help me it was a store issue, I followed up again with the store, they said they will look into and I should see a refund within 5-7 working days, I follow up again with the store and they say you will have to follow up with accounts, they sent you a text, not our issue anymore, I follow up with accounts, I get placed on hold, this is after supplying all the required information in various emails. I was also charged double the delivery fee due to the service provider not reading the delivery notes and to call prior to delivery, they rescheduled then slugged me double the cost. The customer service at this location was non-existent and I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for quality service and support, rush in Sale Ends Sunday. Every Sunday, 52 weeks a year. I've spent over $20K at this store, they have lost me as a customer, I won't be rushing in anymore. I won't be recommending Nick Scali Furniture to anyone.

The staff in the store were great. Our couch was delivered today with a black stain on it. We were informed by one of the delivery drivers we could reject it, which we wanted to do. However the other delivery driver then said the stain came off our floor (it was on the front face and they had assembled it) and we could not reject it and we had to accept it. Sensing that something was not right I asked to reject the couch and stated we were happy to wait for a replacement. The driver became aggresive and intimidated us into accepting the couch. After they left I called the customer care line and reached someone who confirmed we could have rejected the couch if we wanted to, however it was too late now. They also informed us the delivery drivers are contractors and do not represent Nick Scali. Really dissapointing and hoping this will get resolved.Update: The customer care team we contacted were helpful and have organised a cleaner to attend. Just unfortunate about the delivery experience - will not be using Nick Scali again as a result. I understand it is hard to have 100% oversight of contractors but I think Nick Scali should take responsibility for contracting a quality delivery service. Ruined what would have otherwise been a positive experience.

The same company managers do it differently. I ordered this set of sofa at a promotional price of $3990 on April 16, 2022. The company said the goods will arrive in Australia in 4 months. I said that I would go abroad for two months in September, and hoped to arrive before August 30. Or arrive after October 30. bundall manager say NO and not accept my order. But when I go to Robins at same day. Robina manager say YES and accept my order and do very well customer service. Finally I got my sofa before 30 August 2022. So I don't recommend to order furniture in Bundall branch.

The quality of the furniture is appalling. Our lounge collapsed. On inspection the inside looks like it was made by kids with cheap wood, shoddy materials and totally amateur construction. Don’t buy anything here until you have it inspected by an expert. Not worth even 1 star.

Service, professionalism and care for details to explain not the be charged $70 for the box packaging to be taken at delivery.Special mention: Efficient, positive mature sales lady whom jumped straight into service and logistics when we had explained that we settled today and would like something ready to take from the floor.Patently usual ETA for delivery is 10 days, earliest.After a quick call and some delivery support she’s booked our unique piece to be delivered to us in under 5 days.Store well appointed, set out well and great furniture as we have always experienced.Previously we had ordered over the phone and so glad to have had such a positive in store experience as a second time around.Thank you team

Absolutely deplorable delivery service. 3rd party useless. Nick Scali need to find another company as it leaves a bitter taste. Confirmed delivery on the first occasion, truck never turned up, nor the second day and still waiting. Can't see any reason why the delivery guy should be paid at all for such useless service.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of products we bought from Nick Scali.Customer Service is appalling.We regretfully spent thousands of dollars at this store.The floor staff were highly pushy and wouldn’t give my partner and I the chance to decide on our own what we wanted leading us to purchasing rugs that weren’t originally what we wanted.Apon delivery of our purchases the dining table is damaged with a noticeable crack.All of our items were full price with no discount applied even with the amount we spent.We had to purchase an off the floor lamp as it was no longer in stock and we’re told it would be cleaned and would come with a free globe as they weren’t able to discount the lamp even though it was an ex display item. - the globe never turned up with the lamp.Customer help line has got me no where with no answer or replies after a month. it seems like we will have to live with a “brand new” product that is damaged. If I could give no stars I would. Both for quality of products and customer service in store and online.Buyers beware.. I would never recommend this company.

* Customer service in-store - good. Friendly staff, helpful* Prices - good. We got approx. 50% discounts during EOY sales* Stock availability - rather bad. Had to wait 1-2 months* Furniture quality - great. Bought a bed and two tables, very happy* Customer service on delivery - can be very terrible. First delivery was missed because the driver came two hours earlier than the scheduled time window. Second delivery driver (Chris) was fantastic, responsive, helpfulOverall, it's worth checking out. But be prepared to wait for several months for your items AND to deal with a (potentially) horrendous and infuriating delivery experience.Note: thank you to Anthony Scali at the Bundall store for helping to sort out our re-delivery.
