I bought the last pair of sunglasses that I wanted in the store. I'm interstate and I rang about them on the weekend, the sales assistant said he would put them aside for me to be shipped Monday. I rang back to change the shipping, which they did. They answered all my questions and made sure they were put aside for shipping on Monday. They did everything they said they would and answered my somewhat pedantic phone calls cheerfully, 5 stars.

Bought a pair of DiveR innegra fins with foot pockets online. As soon as the store opened I received a call asking if I wanted the foot pockets glued and installed free of charge. 2 hours later they were posted and I received them in regional wa only 2 days after placing my order. Very fast service and will definitely be using again

My latest purchase from Fergo’s’ tackle world was, 1x AFN Kool Bag Insulated Fish Bag-(large).Quality of bag is excellent, service was 1st class and the young lady that took my order well all I can say is if I was about 40 years younger I’d marry her she was so helpful.The only down side was I thought 2weeks for delivery to W.A was a bit long, but that won’t stop from more purchases, on a whole very happy.Regards Trevor

I have no complaints except one suggestion for Fergos..!I have experienced this on every occasion where I've ordered stuff for Click Collect from Taren point as my preference, but only to be told the items are at Warrawong store and it'll be a couple of days before they receive them, so obviously I'll probably get them after that! So why don't they state that before customers place their order?The whole point of Click n collection is questionable..! If I knew that I might have just opted the delivery!
