John and his team are always lovely and welcoming. Always go above and beyond to help customers out. Have been in Capella a year now and have always had a positive experience with John and all his staff. Lovely people and can always get whatever staple I need without having to go to Emerald for one or two items.

Rude staff gossiping about locals rather that serving people in a timely fashion. Talking about other locals in a derogatory manor appeared far more important that getting people served, fed and back on the road!

Premium fuel pumps were padlocked and not in use, and they dont sell hot drinks either.

You get good fuel prices, best in town!Service: staff are friendly and helpful, they will give you directions if they can to wherever you are wanting to go or places around town.Food: there’s a selection of pies, sausage rolls, freshly made sandwiches and if you want a sandwich of something in particular, just ask and if they can make it, they will.Drink: A large range of drinks are available including coffee, but there’s time restrictions on capuchins and none are made on the weekends due to staff restrictions.Outside seating: There’s outdoor seating and tables available under the trees.Payment: eftpos is available but a minimum spend of $10 without a fee. Cash available and ATM as well.

Great friendly service, clean and presentable rooms, fuel is generally cheaper than Emerald. Great little stop off for a cuppa, some tucker or even a good nights rest after a long day of travelling!! And an awesome local hairdressing salon is located here too!!

Bit of a deep gutter to enter the service station if you are heading north. The place was jumping with customers and people everywhere. It was this moment as we were trying to get away from the pumps that our car decided to not go. Embarrassing to say the least. However we were soon on our way. Good fuel prices here too.
