Miami Nails

I needed a manicure and French polish done for a photo shoot. 1.5 days after the French polish was done, half the nails had already chipped off some or all of the white polish. When I went back to Miami to show them (2 days after the polish was done), they said they make no guarantees on how long the polish lasts, and blamed me for “not looking after them well enough”. I had been incredibly careful with them knowing the shoot was coming up. A manicure and polish should last muc longer than 1.5 days. Will never be going back here. Terrible quality service and incredibly rude.

Stop giving your money to this place the customer service is the lowest in the industry!!! The staff are so rude and arrogant and start talking about you in Vietnamese right in-front of you!!!! No cleaning of the equipment in between clients, they immediately use the same tools on the client in the chair next to you!! I know it seems like the convenient option, however they’re fantastic high quality nail salons all over Burke Road, that treat you like a human being with dignity and respect.

Zero stars if I could. I asked them if it were possible to get one nail fixed and the cost for the service. They then asked if I had my nails done at their salon and laughed amongst themselves when I said “no, I just need it re-done”. I stood there for a moment waiting for a response and they dismissed me telling me nothing more than “no, we are busy” and resumed whatever they were doing with a grin on their faces. I stood there in front of all the staff and customers stunned at their lack of helpfulness and had no option but to leave.I understand salons might be understaffed, however they clearly had no intention to provide a service as they offered no option beyond dismissal. It was extremely unnecessary and unprofessional. Had they told me they will be available in an hour or two, that would have been fine and I would have looked for other options anyway - however, the laughing and instant dismissal prompted this (rare) negative review. It is disappointing as I have used their services in the past and now will not go back or provide a recommendation to friends (or anyone) in the future.

I took 9 x 10 year olds for a birthday party. They could not have been more welcoming and kind. They painted toes and fingers of all the girls and made them feel very special.

I asked for existing shellac to be removed and reapplied - they still used the UV light and all, but it was just regular nail polish!Also kept taking on new customers walking in the door, but clearly didn't have enough staff to cover everyone in any sort of timely manner.Venue felt very dirty, I certainly wouldn't bother going back.

I have been going to Miami Nails for almost 3 years and I have always been impressed with the quality of my sns. All of the staff have been nothing but lovely to me and remember me and what I usually like/get. The only time I have seen them be anything but professional is when a customer is rude to them, which is fair enough in my book! Yes, they can get busy but they do their best to do a great job for everyone. If you need your nails to be perfect, definitely go when it's not as busy. I won't go anywhere else for my nails, I trust Miami.

Unfortunately not the best experience, all staff were on their phones infront of their clients whilst waiting to get the next part of their nails done. I could tell staff were talking about me and laughing and making fun of me in a different language. My nail tech was very rough with my nails, she hurt my fingers with the drill and marked my nails and continued to just stare at me.. They continue to take every customer that walks in even when they do not have enough staff. I do not recommend this business

There are two young girls who were so unfriendly and looking at me and laughing. It was so clear that they were making fun of me and I do not recommend his place. Although the nails aren't bad, they aren't cheap and the service is terrible. If you own this shop please ask your workers to work on their customer service and have a better attitude.

I've been to this salon a few times now and I think they do a great job. I have short nails as result of being a nail biter for most of my life, and they always do a great job with SNS with tips for me.My only negative comment would be that sometimes they take too many clients in at once, so it can slow things down a little; but all in all the quality and price is great. Just plan for a little extra time, it's worth the wait. I've found other salons in the area don't do as good of a job.
