Be very careful with this company. We have been stung with exorbitant additional charges - payment taken automatically without authorisation - on the basis of the couriers' conditions". The burden then lies with the customer to try and recover these charges and good luck getting in touch with someone! The wait time on the phone is over 45 minutes.Reply: I understand the terms of service clearly. The issue is with the charge itself being exorbitant

Nice and simple to work out pricing and the booking system was just as easy. Showed up on time to collect and delivered within the time frame specified. Will definitely be using again.

Find a different company!! They charged me an extra $332 on top of the original $140 they quoted me (booking weight 26kg, but they said its 37kg which made it over 3 times the cost?!). I had to chase them up numerous times before being told they had lost my $700 item all together. Poor quality service, pay a bit more and go with a more reputable company.

AusPost quoted a package at $20.05 and TransDirect's cheapest quote was $8.99 -what a difference, and with home pick-up. Too easy. I always check Transdirect against AusPost and the other couriers and mostly find a better deal here. Highly recommended!

I find Transdirect easy to work with, they replay to my questions very quickly and overall I will continue to use Transdirect for my parcel deliveries.

Prompt collection, 3 items delivered interstate, intact within the specified timeframe and at a very reasonable price. Will definitely trust my goods for delivery with Transdirect in the future.

. ***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY*** Dishonest and thieves.I paid $86.12 to have a 2kg parcel moved from Victoria to Perth. Got delivered on time no hassles. Then at the end of the month they withdraw an additional $182.16 claiming it was for wait time and time loading the item at the pickup. I contacted the pickup and they told me no issue with pickup was straightforward and no wait time or time loading the 2kg item.I contacted Transdirect on 1st May asking them to provide the evidence of the additional claim, 2 weeks later I am still waiting for any evidence for the additional $182.16 in charges. Thanks Maxine and Transdirect. What a rip-off. Never use them again and will be lodging a complaint with Consumer Affairs.1 star review is too high, needs to be a zero stars for rip off companies like this

Great and improving service. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for reliable domestic freight service. Their automated system is a thing I like very much. You can get a quote, book and track your freight online without making phone calls or sending emails which makes it convenient.They also provide wider delivery options compared to other companies (a few that I used before); services such as delivery for parcels over 25kg or overnight delivery.

Fast efficient service door to door and very reasonable prices .I have used them twice and would use again .5 days Perth to Sydney including weekend that’s a great service !

I would not even give them one star. Their tracking information was not up to date. Charged me top dollar for the service and not delivered when expected. You call their 1300 number and have to wait on the line for 30 minutes to talk to someone. I would never use their service again. I am still waiting for the delivery
