Went there today to get my script filled only to find out that it cost me $38.50 for a pack of nurofen plus 30 when the chemist in singleton only chargers $1995 for the same box ask them about it and was told that the price has gone up what a ripoff I was a long time customer but I want be back in these hard times you rip people off like this

Pharmacist hit a nerve putting the vaccine needle into my arm. She did not appologise and with her patronising condescending attitude I'm not entirety convinced it was an accident. I would not trust them to consider my well being nor did I feel like they were. Am reporting them.

Horrible customer service, stock level are below average since changing from priceline. Got to another chemist. Don't waste your money on horrible customer service

A shame really. Lovely staff there for the most part…Customer service received (if any) by the young girl working the counter today was lacking. A few of us were waiting for a while before her coming over and even then the engagement was lacklustre. No eye contact or apologies, all I received was a “hi”.Normally I wouldn’t nitpick but if you’re in a customer service role- the very LEAST you could do is actually make your customers feel acknowledged.

Service at Muswellbrook pharmacy is very slow , seems there was more important customers than myself , said there was a wait of 20 minutes, more like 45 , didn’t say sorry ... wouldn’t go back to Muswellbrook Priceline again and I have been a good costumer and member for years
