Faultless service from Nick. Super helpful with explaining overhead fans; AC vs DC, plastic/timber/brushed aluminium, remote control, etc. and some lighting requirements.I needed to contact electrician to confirm a couple of things so left the store to run a few other errands while awaiting response from electrician.On return Nick already had at the counter all the items (fan/fan extension pole/lighting) I had said were the likely items I would want. Super efficient and assisted with taking purchases to the car.Beats trying to shop online any day!Thanks Beacon.

We Visited the store today to look at ceiling fans, we were greeted at the door with hello, but no offer of assistance. After looking at the fans and discussing our needs for a good 10-15 minutes I had to go to the counter and ask for assistance. There was 3 people working on the floor. One was with a customer and there were 2 others at the counter. The sales assistant that came to help us was not very forthcoming with information and we had to ask questions to get basic information. We did make a purchase because we were happy with the product. The service however was very poor.

Good service at the time, thumbs up for Matthew. What prompted me to write the review was the unexpected and pleasant extra bit of no-charge after-sales service when we had a slight problem with one of the lights. Leaves a really good impression, would recommend this place if this is the prevailing culture, and they'll get first look-in at next requirements.
