Great facility with attention to detail staff. Need more improvement toys etc look filthy and old

Best place to raise your children when your unable to if your working/or other commitments.

My child’s well-being and safety both physical and mental was the top priority when choosing a childcare..it’s been clear from day one, that the staff at pooraka care very much about the kids. They are empathetic to my situation as a first time mum and have worked with us every step of the way to make sure my child feels comfortable when I leave them there. They communicate with me every time I drop my child off and are always keen to understand what’s going on to ensure my child has the best day possible..my child has already learned and developed so much from the interaction with other kids and the encouragement to explore and learn from staff. They are very open, honest and authentic which is extremely important when it comes to the care of my child. I am very happy with Goodstart pooraka!

Fantastic facility with caring staff. Very happy my daughter is growing up with positive influences and interactions.

Was a rough start but Lisa helped work through the issues brilliantly !! I feel staff need more people skills , Just not happy about the refund process which I'm still waiting almost 2 mths later for the fees we paid in advance keep getting mucked around

Highly trained and experienced staff to look after your little ones when you are at work. The educators for nursery are super friendly,caring and cooperative. Couldnt ask for any better childcare !

It is difficult to encapsulate all of the reasons why we love this centre, the standout for us is the sense of belonging and warm culture that is evident through every single interaction. In addition to this, excellent communication between educators and back to the parents, structured learning and varied activities, healthy delicious meals which always smell amazing, and we get to see all of these things happening on story park due to the educators being consistent with posting. I can’t recommend this centre enough. Lisa and the Pooraka team are the best of the best.
