I contacted this company to visit my property and understand the work that I was expecting to get done and quote for the same. Two of their guys came and I explained them the job. The did their study and noted the measurements. After this, I told them to fix the cracked storm water pipe which was done in half an hour.After couple of weeks, they sent me an invoice of 316 AUD and I never received the quotation.I called them and explained what happened still these people never ever bothered to send the quotation. In addition to this, they started to force me to pay in full.This happened 2-3 times. Everytime they sent the invoice I told them that their invoice is incorrect and I haven't received the quotation.They also applied a late fee in the latest invoice.I emailed them back and told them to wave off the late fee as they were at fault.I proprietor is very rude.This company was asking money for the work they never did.Very pathetic behaviour.

Fletchers was great. Needed a Toilet fixed ASAP. They had Tyler come as soon as he could. Quick repair and everything working well.Would definitely recommend them and will use them again. Thanks Fletchers!

Fantastic service! Needed an emergency fix after hours. Tyler came immediately with professional service. Nothing was a problem. Fixed problem quickly. We had called 10 other “emergency “ plumbers in the area without a response! Mostly told, by recorded message, that we called out of hours even though they advised 24hour service! We recommend Fletcher Plumbing and will be using them again.

Can't fault anything rang in the morning they arrived early, the completed the job quickly and did a great job you get what you pay for and it was worth every cent. Very happy.

Best plumbers in Albury, I know as I've had a few others and Fletchers leave them for dead.Had a tricky drainage job that needed a solution and they came up with a well thought out plan that was the most effective and they did it properly, no cut corners and serviceable for future needs.
