One star is too many from September 2019 until April 2020. The regional manager is hopeless. To finish the project local staff finally went to a local supplier as their Chinese production facility was hopeless. Delay after delay after delay. Customer satisfaction was not high on their list. A discount was to be the peace offering. Not a job well done!!********The reply is as the rest of the job, no care. Read the review. JOB COMPLETED.using locally purchased product. Three months for the penny to drop!!! The strength of a brand is how they fix problems. first install attempt early DEC 2019 finally completed late April 2020. All the while a local supplier had the required parts.

Sh!thouse quality. Terrible customer service. Would score a 0 if I could. Avoid this company at all costs!

The most inconsiderate, disrespectful service I have received from a blinds and/or curtains production and installation EVER!I was promised delivery in 4 to 6 weeks and it is now 12.They came briefly to unsatisfactorily instal some easy blnds in a crazy rush and disappear leaving me begging for a product I have paid in FULL.UNRELIABLE SERVICE, INCORRECT SERVICE, LACK OF COMMUNICATION OR RESPECT. I AM TAKING THE MATTER TO THE OMBUDSMAN UNLESS I RECEIVE A FULL REFUND OF MY PAYMENT.I no longer want their services as I have compromised three times and I am totally disrespected as they have other customers" waiting due to their Sale!!!I no longer want them in my house as they promise and not deliver. A most dysfunctional organisation."

Measured once, then had to be remeasured due to quoting on the wrong type of track. Delayed for 4 months with no contact to us about status. when finally installed 2 out of 3 windows have faults. Blinds too long in one and a 20cm track overhang in the other. 2 weeks after install and still no contact from Vista about fixing their error.
