WARNING- STAY AWAY FROM JIMS CLEANING!We are a busy family with 2 dogs, 3 very young children and a business to run along with family members suffering long term illness’s.Unfortunately this makes us very time and energy poor, all that we made very clear when Tony came to quote.We have absolutely no time to clean which is why we hired help, hoping going with a “reputable” company and paying extra we would get the service quoted for.Issues we had-Constantly late. Didn’t complete itemised list (which they created)Piled a bunch of items off the floor on top of my wedding dress!Left coffee grains all over the kitchen counter.One positive- whoever did vacuum did do a great job. There must have been at least one professional cleaner- however this isn’t enough to make up for all the other issues. Our hard Floor was never cleaned just an overly wet mop run over it leaving the flooring saturated despite explaining from day one that flooring has to be dry mopped and can’t get wet. There were literally puddles the first day we returned. The very easy to remove marks still left on the floor. It started to create minor water damage- when explaining this they decided to quit and say it has nothing to do with them and called us liars. These are new floors and the damage wasn’t any where near the kitchen etc. They also created holes in our Lino flooring I assume with mop bucket and ignored us when informing them. We never even tried to negotiate their price- yet they complained how long it took despite choosing to quote per job and not hour. They made comments that they knew when we got back which made us very uncomfortable and also it’s our house so we can come and go whenever we please- we did our best to get work done out of home to stay out of the way. They claim they have insurance yet disappear when they damage your property. Even their first BIG more expensive clean they missed a whole lot that they quoted for.

Highly recommended, excellent communication , was an exit clean, and the house looks like new. Smells so good too. Really happy with the job done.
