OBrien Timber floors had the best showroom to choose from.We just had Timber and Carpet installed and the end result is amazing. Couldn’t be happier.Charlie was helpful and friendly in the shop, and the installers were excellent.

Thrilled with our new timber flooring. The range available at the showroom is excellent. Measure and quote was carried out quickly and efficiently by Charlie and price is competitive. Installation by Melbourne Fast Floors was excellent. Would not hesitate to highly recommend.

My wife dealt with the company and she had nothing but good words to say about Charlie. The price of the floorboards was very competitive. She wanted a supply and install quote, as we would get a warranty on the installation, and the quote we were given was extremely reasonable.The floors had to be levelled, but again the charges for this - which we were told would be extra if it was needed - were reasonable.O'Brien had stock of boards that matched the flooring in the rest of our house and that was another positive.The installers, Igor and his brother, came on time, did a neat job with a minimum of fuss and did not mess with our heads like many tradies do.Sam Varghese

Look no further than O’Brien Timber Floors! I went to many franchise stores where I received really poor customer service and almost gave up hope until I went into O’Brien! Greeted within seconds of entering and Larson helped me from start to finish on the whole project and vision I had. Larson and Charlie were very attentive and explained the whole step by step process. I purchased hybrid floors and also carpet for my apartment and I could not be any happier with the end result, it’s made the whole space come alive. The quality of their product is high end but for a fraction of the cost that the big franchises are charging! Thank you so much guys!

Highly recommend O'Brien Timber Floors! Charlie was very helpful and very quick to respond to any queries. We did both Flooring and Carpeting for our home with O'Brien company. The price was competitive and the quality of the underlay premium without paying extra. The installation team were efficient, tidy and very professional.Happy to give these guys a five star review. Very pleased with our flooring, installed in May 2023.Charlie and the team were very helpful, especially because our old flooring presenting several challenges, with different rooms at different heights and requiring work, and some challenges with old tiles sitting unevenly.Other flooring companies had suggested it was impractical or even impossible to get it right, but Charlie was able to explain what was needed and the team took the time to get good measurements and level the area before installing our hybrid floors.The whole process was much more straightforward than we had feared it might be, and our home now looks infinitely better!

Charlie was very helpful with selections (floor boards and scotia). Everything was done as per the promised schedule and the installers (Igor and Dan from Fast Floors, Melbourne) did an amazing job. The job was done very meticulously and with lot of care.I am very happy for selecting Obrien flooring for my home and very strongly recommend them.

O’Brien Timber Floors are a pleasure to deal with. Their communication style is excellent and they really listen to what you want and balance this with sound, practical and realistic advice. Their range is comprehensive with a spacious, well lit showroom offering generous hours for viewing and my husband and I have been delighted with our new hybrid flooring laid by their very competent floor layers. We would definitely recommend O’Brien to anyone wanting quality flooring and experienced professionals!
