I booked my car in to get a quote, which was booked in the week before. I arrived as arranged, one of your apprentices took me into town as arranged, you said you needed 2 hours to do the quote. It was also arranged that when I was finished doing what I had to do, I was to call you and someone would pick me up. When I called I was advised you had not even looked at my car, I then advised your lady that answered the phone that I could not wait any longer. That lady did not even offer to pick me up, so I walked all the way back to your workshop, it was a stinking hot day and I walk with a walking stick, you ask why I gave you a 1 star rating, if it was possible I would have given you a zero

I genuinely could not rate Ray Morcoms high enough. The communication, dedication and repairs done by the entire team was absolutely amazing!It’s a very long story, but I was having a lot of issues with trying to get my car repaired after hitting a kangaroo. The moment I called, Vicki was so compassionate about my situation and even conversed (and solved) a few issues I was having with my insurance about getting my car sorted.Her care and communication throughout the entire process was phenomenal.I also have to give a shout out to Andrew for ensuring my repairs were of the highest quality and even sorting out a coolant bottle for me, after my repairs were complete (and perfect) purely for precautionary reasons.I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for repairs! They truly went above and beyond, I cannot thank Vicki, Andrew and the team enough for their hard work! I have never dealt with a company that have had such care and dedication to their customers.

Excellent work. Repairs to a black Holden SS (VE), excellent color matching and finish (black can be very unforgiving, and the work was completed with a perfect finish). The car now looks better than new! Thankyou Andrew and Vicki, your professionalism and expertise are greatly appreciated.
