Magill Demolition did a fantastic job. They completed all works on time and left the site very tidy for the builders to start their work. They communicated clearly and were very helpful with all questions that we had. They offered us a very competitive price and dealt with all utility abolishments. We would certainly recommend them!

My sisters and I had Magill Demolition demolish our house and it was completed not long ago.We were thrilled with the ease of using Magill Demolition. Magill Demolition gave us a competitive fixed price and cleared our block with no hassles, including looking after the necessary abolishment of utilities. As we wanted to get council approval early in the process Danny helped us out with showing how to fill the paperwork so that we could apply for that ourselves.Then, when the time came for demolition, Magill Demolition were able to squeeze us in within our timeframe, and get the job done (aside from a few stumps on the boundary).As we were contacting them during a busy time it did take a while, at times, to get a response, but it was worth the perseverance!

This rating is not based on any works completed, but purely on my initial experience and quotation provided. In July, I requested a quote for my property at Fulham. I provided the address, but at no stage was I advised someone would be out to speak with me.Instead, I received a quote for $28,500 plus GST making it in excess of $30k. This seemed extreme and I ended up going with another company who quoted $18k. They have completed all works to my satisfaction.So I cannot possibly recommend Magill Demolition based on my personal experience.
