Liquorland

Laura is incredibly rude. I asked a simple question about stock of a specific drink and was mocked with an eyeroll and rude response. I rarely write negative reviews but feel this one is warranted. Liquorland, please employee staff who are genuinely helpful and nice. I don’t expect amazing service but I also don’t expect to leave your shop with absolute shock of how I was treated.

Lady who wears glasses and works there is nothing but rude every time I go there. She lies, rolls her eyes, scoffs and speaks rudely. Not happy with her at all

This is our friendly shop. There is a huge range of whatever you would like to drink, room temperature or fridge cold. Fine wines and spirits. Good deals that changes frequently. The guys that works there are super friendly and ready to help for any issue or just to help you load your car! They always greet you with a big smile!

Is what it is. Clean and right there. Just get used to locals not being overly warm to tourists unlike say Gold Coast or Brissy. They'll chat but you gotta make the first move. Beer was cold here.

9 beer fridges and a walk in fridge and not one amber ale or dark beer in stock aside from Guinness. No Tooheys Old, Carlton Black, White Rabbit, Philter Red, James Squire Red etc.... Literally just a fully stocked fridges of only larger and pale ale and nothing else. Decent wine selection.

3rd March 2023, Just want to shout out to the new staff member (male) was in there just before 2pm today and he gives 110% service, even carried out my beers to my vehicle.. Thank you, was a good way to end my week with awesome service.(2months ago) - Always friendly with a greeting when you walk into this store, always well stocked and clean. When you get these two combinations correct then you have a winner... Cheers to the awesome staff and their hard work.

laura was an ABSOLUTE B****!!!! would highly recommend just driving 5min to clifton beach to go to liquor land there.

Me and my responsible adult brother (beyond 18 and has never drunken alcohol) went down to buy wine for our mother who was cooking dinner. As soon as we walked in she a rotten attitude towards us. She refused my brother alcohol on suspicion. My 18 year old brother went down with my 51 year old father and she refused them both on suspicion. My father was speechless and was wondering why she couldn’t serve him, then proceeded to have the cops called on him. She had the most disrespectful attitude and has no idea about RSA (responsible service of alcohol). She should be fired and no wonder palm cove is losing tourism due to disrespectful people such as this.

Seemed to have similar stock to all other Liquorland stores. Disappointed they said that the larger bottles of Schweppes tonic water are no longer sold as alternative offerings are much more expensive. (not to my taste either). Lady serving was very pleasant - not her fault that they didn't sell what I wanted.
