Great hosts, great cave painting tours, traditional knowledge and personable guide. Basic amenities but all we needed. No camp kitchen.

Some good information available in the museum about Aboriginal history and culture. Also felt sad and disappointed that only one cave art location (Split Rock) was publicly available, despite there being dozens in the area.We can not afford to pay for the expensive private tours. I feel as if such important cultural heritage should be made accessible for as many as possible.Feel as if these precious cultural heritage sites need more investment.

Had heard so much about the amazing Split rock art site. Extremely disappointed that the expected donation has gone up a few weeks ago from $5 to $30 per person. An outrageous increase when no additional facilities provided. While in the car park, many people turned around refusing to pay the fee, while others donated a smaller amount.Visited the Cultural center which was great. We were happy to pay the $5pp fee for seniors. Stayed at the camp ground next to the cultural center. It was a disgrace! The facilities were filthy and not cleaned the 2 days we were there. Also no bins in the bin holders. A real disappointment.

looked like a nice building but was padlocked closed early afternoon. wasn't open as per website or sign next to door. didn't answer phone, or reply to email, but did answer a phone message to offer a $150pp short tour. as this was almost twice the recent reviews, we didn't go.

The guided tour is definitely not worth the money. The self guided tour at split rock though was great!

Visitor centre closed and run down. Looks like someone put a lot of effort into setting it up and it's just been left to ruin. Campground has a sign - all dogs on leads. Campground full of camp dogs running around off-lead. Keep going 500m to the Laura Pub campground.

Info centre well designed. Lots of information I was surprised about but glad it was being told. Plenty of pictures for those who don't like reading so much. Warm welcome. Lots of souvenirs to take home.Rock art a MUST SEE. Be warned while it is a short walk some big rocks to step up and over. Hand rails helpful. Guided or self guided options.

The camping area needs a lot of TLC and the dogs removed to a different location. I think this camping grounds have been neglected and would be popular if the maintenance was done.
